I need more remote controls, how do I order these?

Call (888) 787-3431 or email us at supportdesk@purehd.com. If you have previously ordered remote controls, it is helpful to include the SKU and model name that you are looking for. A representative will send you a quotation and place the order for you. Parts orders are processed Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm eastern.

How do I get copies of invoices?

How do I make a payment?

PureHD accepts payment via ACH, check, and credit card. Reach out to AccountsReceivable@PureHD.com to arrange your preferred mode of payment. Admin fees may be applied for credit card payments.

Can I set up electronic payment?
