PureHD has assembled an executive team of highly skilled, experienced hospitality and technology professionals. With progressive views on the delivery of streaming content and high-definition television services to hotels, the team’s diverse set of backgrounds complement each other to enable a holistic view of the marketplace and the technology platform.
Thomas Pullen is the Founder and CEO of PureHD, responsible for overall leadership and governance at the company. Tom built PureHD from the ground up, reflecting his vision for high quality standards and innovation in interactive video services to the hospitality market. Prior to founding the company in 2009, Tom was Vice-President of North American Sales at Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment. He managed a global team of sales managers, engineers and sales support staff while leading the vision for the video product at Guest-Tek. Under Tom’s direction, Guest-Tek developed industry leading solutions which built Guest-Tek’s hospitality market share and mind share, delivering the first triple play solution. Previously, Tom also held roles as Director of Strategic Alliances at General Dynamics Interactive where he helped build the first high-definition IP-VOD solution in the hotel market, also served as Senior Vice President of Sales at NXTV.
Tom holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School, and B.A. in Political Science with honors from Tufts University.
Craig Snelgrove is the Chief Marketing Officer for PureHD, responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities. Craig is a 25-year veteran in the hospitality industry, serving in a variety of roles from various telecommunications companies in both the private and the public sector. He comes to PureHD after serving the past eight years as Executive Vice-President of Sales at Allbridge, building the sales team through its merger and formation. Craig previously ran the Hospitality and MDU indirect sales channels at DISH Network launching the DISH SmartBox into the commercial market. Prior to DISH, Craig was VP of Sales at Video Propulsion Interactive Television delivering the first affordable HD head-end encryption appliances to the hotel marketplace. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment, responsible for all product delivery, operations, and customer support as Guest-Tek grew into the largest hospitality provider in the world.
Craig was born in Canada and received a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
Michael Goldstein is the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer at PureHD. Michael has roots in hospitality technology, spending nine years as Founder and CEO of Hotelevision. Acquired by Liberty Media, Hotelevision sold advertising time on cable television networks that the company delivered to upscale and luxury hotels across the country via satellite through exclusive agreements with both participating networks and hotels. Prominent advertisers such as United Airlines, Avis, BMW, Orbitz, Ambien, and IBM participated in Hotelevision during Michael’s tenure. Michael also has consulted widely to leading telecommunications and media companies. Most notably, Michael worked with senior management, including the CEO, at Hughes Electronics on Galaxy Latin America, a direct broadcast satellite service for Latin America. At Gemini Management Consulting, Michael led a team of consultants in a project leading to General Motors’ $750 million investment in Galaxy Latin America. Michael also founded AllDayCinema, a provider of linear television and Pay-Per-View services to economy class hotels which subsequently sold its assets to PureHD.
Michael earned a B.A. from U.C. Santa Barbara, and an MBA from Stanford University.
